About Us
Started in 1969
My mom and dad had a dream to own a restaurant and they wanted to name it after their only son Paddy. They Started making chicken in there backyard off of a small worn out grill . The city came and closed down their business because they didn’t have a permit and it was unsanitary. In 1969 when my parents died i carried on their legacy and dream of making a chicken business. I bought my own little shop and raised my own chickens. Everything else is history now.
